OK, I admit it I am a people watcher.  I saw this women last fall and actually laughed at loud.  Now wait I am not mean, she seemed so exhausted from her day at Hollywood Studios that her expression could not hide it.  Now add the hat and it is just funny.  I admit that anyone wearing a duck's butt on their head is funny.
