Cafe D'Antonio is located in Celebration, Florida at 691 Front Street, Suite 110.
OK, I know this restaurant is not located on Disney property. It is in the town that Disney built in 1994. If you have a car you should visit, it a special place to see. I will write another blog about Celebration with some older photos from the towns early days. I personal consider it still part of the Disney magic.
During our March visit to Orlando we stayed at the Mona Lisa Suites, located in Celebration. A quick drive to the downtown area for dinner lead us to Cafe D' Antonio. the menu features items representative of many of Italy’s varied regions.
Jason had Penne al Ragu di Pollo Boneless tenders of chicken breast, braised and simmered, in a light tomato sauce flavored with fresh fennel; tossed with penne pasta. $12.95
He liked it so much his plate was clean.
I had Rigatoni Calabrese Sausage, onions, spinach, mushrooms and roasted peppers sauteed in pomodoro sauce, tossed with rigatoni. - $13.95
It was excellent, I would love to have it again.
Would I recommend Cafe D'Antonio? Yes. The food was authentic Italian bursting with flavor. The were busy, so you can expect a wait on the weekend. The tables are close together. Want a little romantic dinning, I would suggest eating on the patio.
After our meal we walked off the calories with a great stroll around the downtown area. It is so cute, but that is for another blog.
